In the information society today, the rapid development of digitization technology, making the learning ways of college students changed. The virtualization of learning environment, the diverse teaching methods and communication across time and space have all become realities. Educational informationization has been an inexorable trend and it requires sharing the educational resources. Online courses learning community is an ideal platform for knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing level could reflect that whether a learning community is healthy and what the development prospect of it. Thus, researches on the network Courses knowledge sharing community is of significance.This study includes researching the related document and literature on the meaning and elements of knowledge sharing and the network curricular learning community. Then I analysed the process of knowledge sharing and factors in network curricular learning community. On this basis, some strategies were proposed to promote the learning community’s knowledge sharing. They mainly include optimizing the organization of course content and the rational design of learning tasks, establish a rational evaluation system and attitudes incentive strategies. Moreover, other strategies are improving the information technology abilities of the learning sharing mainstays, creating humanized community platform, strengthening the construction of high-quality resources and creating a good community atmosphere.Then I used an opening source software Discuz!x3building to build a network of learning community. According to the “Modern Educational Technology” course’s objectives and characteristics, I organized the content of the course, designed some learning tasks and test run the learning community, and put the strategies into effect. In the end, I investigated the application effect including quantitative analysis of the effect of using the strategies, content analysis of the post in the learning community andnetwork analysis of the relationship between community members with the purpose of checking the knowledge sharing situation. The results show that the learners have much positivity in the community and take part in the interaction activities. The atmosphere in the community is good.But on the whole, the level of knowledge sharing in learning communities has to be strengthened. The level of knowledge sharing is just an average level. This results confirm the feasibility of strategies and point out the direction of the future researches. Next, I should enhance and improve the knowledge sharing degree of the learning community.
