Research on the Incentive Mechanism of Knowledge Sharing in Supply Chain Considering Moral Hazard

With the industrial economy transferring to the knowledge economy, knowledge as asignificant resource is changing the strategy and method of supply chain Management,and become a Management factor after logistics, information flow and cash flowgradually. Implementing knowledge management is an efficient measure to improve theoperation of supply chain, and knowledge sharing is the important link in knowledgemanagement and the key to improve learning and innovation ability. Incentive mechanismof knowledge sharing among enterprises can inspire the member enterprises to shareheterogeneous and complementary knowledge resources effectively. It is very importantto promote the efficiency of knowledge sharing, strengthen the knowledge innovationability and improve the overall competitiveness of supply chain.Firstly, the theory of principal-agent, the incentive mechanism and the monitormechanism about knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain are analyzed inthis paper. Then according to the possible moral risk in knowledge sharing, the basicincentive model and the incentive model considering monitoring signal of knowledgesharing in supply chain are constructed between core enterprises and member enterprises.The effort level of knowledge sharing, and the change of income in the two models iscompared, and corresponding conclusions are drawn. The introduction of monitoringsignal on increasing the rationality of incentive mechanism among enterprises andlowering the moral risk in the process of member enterprises knowledge sharing areshowed.Secondly, according to knowledge sharing can last for many times under theenvironment of supply chain, the behavior of two-stage dynamic game in knowledgesharing are introduced. Based on the dynamic process, the ratchet effect phenomenonmay appear. The dynamic principal-agent incentive model of two-stage is constructedunder the asymmetry information, the ratchet effect on how to weaken the incentivemechanism of knowledge sharing is analyzed quantitatively. At the same time,suggestions and measures to solve the ratchet effect and improve the efficiency ofdynamic incentive are explored.Finally, the effective incentives about knowledge sharing in supply chain should bethe combination of explicit incentive and implicit incentives are put forward in this paper.Both explicit incentive and implicit incentives are considered in the incentive contracts. This can improve the level of each stage in member enterprises incentive from differentpoints of view, and prompt the greater efforts in knowledge sharing, and make the incomeachieve optimal in supply chain.

This thesis employs the cooperation maintenance model as the basictheory and studies the resource maintenance Management of the alliance from thefollowing aspects:①The organization structure and operation process of the cooperativemaintenance alliance are analyzed. On the basis of this, the maintenance resources areclassified, laying the foundation for the following resource Management studies. Whatis more, the problems in the resource management in the maintenance alliance aresummarized.②Based on the maintenance resource classification, in view of the conflictproblem in the physical resources of repeatable maintenance resources, the resourceallocation optimization method based on price negotiation is proposed and the pricenegotiation model is built. Furthermore, heuristic algorithms of price negotiation andresource scheduling are combined and accordingly the solving process based on theTabu search algorithm model is designed.③It summarizes the maintenance structure and knowledge characteristics,analyzes the factors influencing the maintenance alliance knowledge sharing andproposes corresponding knowledge sharing mechanism; on the basis of complicatedequipment structure knowledge, fault diagnosis knowledge and maintenance case, theknowledge representation method is studied; this study also builds the maintenancealliance knowledge growth model and the structure framework and function model ofthe knowledge management system.

Analyzing the influential factors of knowledge coordination of R&Dalliances, I summed up the knowledge of R&D alliance collaborative implementationmechanism to build knowledge of R&D alliance synergies for the overall frameworkof the mechanism. Study on Knowledge Sharing in Enterprise Community of Practice

Community of Practice (CoP) is an informal organization that makes it becomes the best organization form for knowledge sharing and innovation in Enterprise. However, there are lots of obstacles in the process of knowledge sharing in Enterprise CoP, meanwhile constructing knowledge sharing mechanism in CoP becomes a problem in enterprise knowledge Management. This paper systematically investigates the knowledge sharing in enterprise CoP through literature research, comprehensive analysis and modeling, analyses knowledge sharing process and obstacles of enterprise CoP, establishes a reasonable and perfect theoretical system of knowledge sharing mechanism in enterprise CoP.The main body of the paper divided into four parts.In the first part, some concepts related to knowledge sharing in enterprise CoP are discussed, including the connotations, features and types of CoP; the knowledge sharing mechanism in enterprise CoP; summarizing the knowledge sharing and innovation functions of enterprise CoP.The second part analyses knowledge sharing process and obstacles of enterprise CoP. Firstly, constructing a process model of knowledge sharing in enterprise CoP based on SECI knowledge spiral, and analyzing the process of knowledge sharing in enterprise CoP by game theory. Then the obstacle factors of knowledge sharing in enterprise CoP are systematically analyzed from the following aspects:main body of knowledge sharing, knowledge itself, organization Management, community culture, incentive mechanism and knowledge sharing technology and so on.The third part raises an overall framework of knowledge sharing mechanism in enterprise CoP aim at obstacles that exist in knowledge sharing process, then deeply discusses how to construct knowledge sharing mechanism in enterprise CoP from mainly four aspects:community organization management, community culture value, knowledge sharing incentive mechanism, and knowledge sharing supporting technology.Finally, making a summary of the whole paper and pointing out the deficiencies and some issues to be discussing later. Based on domestic and overseas existing research, the paper systematically study on knowledge sharing process, obstacle factors and guarantee mechanism, for the purpose of exploring community member’s knowledge sharing new channel that different from traditional formal organization. Meanwhile, hoping the result of this research can offer some profitable references to domestic enterprise construct CoP, and effectively using it to promote community member’s knowledge sharing.

The Game Analysis in the Process of Enterprises’ Knowledge Conversion

The mankind has entered an era of taking knowledge and technology as a core resource to possess, product and distribute other resources. When Social sector and the academics are asked to answer how reasonable to manage knowledge in enterprises, how to reform and make low-cost system to transfer and share knowledge to the needs of everyone, it arises their attention and hope that there would have some impressive new solutions. This paper focuses on knowledge sharing form the perspective of game theory.First of all, to externalize the tacit knowledge of employees is one of Basic conditions for modern companies to build an internal knowledge base. However, there is such a problem that Prisoner’s Dilemma exists when privates supply public goods. In this paper, we develop a complete information static game model on this problem and analyze the strategic behavior of the risk adverse participators to find out the four solutions of Nash equilibrium. Further, the supply of tacit knowledge on condition of Nash equilibrium is discussed from perspective of individual employees. Simultaneously, the supply of knowledge under Pareto optimality is researched from perspective of overall interest of employees. In these two conditions comparing the individual contribution reaches some kind of relationship.Secondly, we develop a complete information dynamic game model and analyze the strategic behavior of the risk adverse participators to find out the sub game perfect Nash equilibrium from perspective of individual employees. We also offer some managerial recommendations on how to balance individual interest and collective interests in modern companies.Thirdly, this article starts with the knowledge transferring process of establishing knowledge base of industrial alliance members. Under the condition of complete information and oligopolistic market, we have considered the knowledge has the characteristics of substitute, so we use reaction function in Economic field and the method of iterated elimination of strictly dominated strategies to find out the solution of Nash equilibrium and the method of game theory to discuss several issues about the corporation and competition of oligarch alliance members. In conclusion, we present a series of related Management apocalypses according to our analysis.This paper studied extensive literatures to find the above problems. On the basis of qualitative and quantitative research methods(game theory, Economics ect.), some impact of factors in the process of knowledge sharing are clarified. We hope to enrich the study of knowledge Management and provide theoretical basis for the decision-makers.

Study found that members tend to acquire knowledge from the network rather than from documents, Social network is the main path and platform for individual to acquire, transfer and sharing of knowledge, organizational knowledge sharing and exchange are largely dependent on the enterprisethe network of Social relations.Therefore, the in-depth study of the role of social networks in the study of organizational knowledge sharing is very important.This article is to explore the impact of social networks for internal knowledge sharing from the three aspects of social networks (connection strength, network structure, social capital), and use of social network analysis methods to an empirical study of an organization. First questionnaire obtained knowledge exchange of data between individuals within the organization, and organize the exchange of knowledge matrix. Next, use social network analysis and visualization tools to map out a network diagram of the exchange of knowledge between the members. Respectively, analyze the organization of exchange of knowledge conditions from three different levels of the overall structure,node centrality and small groups.Found the knowledge source, the role of the intermediary character, knowledge flow bottlenecks and isolated nodes in the organization through the social network analysis indicators.This information will not only help find the problems and characteristics of knowledge sharing within the organization to provide an objective basis to improve the organization of knowledge sharing. Finally, Put forward some useful conclusions based on the organization’s knowledge-sharing problems.The results show that:(1) An organization owned by the core knowledge must exist a body of core knowledge of its internal source. Should tap the knowledge and skills of its own, and its dominance as much as possible, and then write into the organization’s knowledge base, to prevent the loss of organizational knowledge caused by the departure of the core knowledge source.(2) Structural holes plays a vital role in knowledge sharing and exchange between groups.Direct two-way channels of communication should be increased, or the development node to bridge the structural holes, thereby increasing the channels of knowledge sharing and exchange.(3) Organization of knowledge within the source too little and too dependent on certain sources of knowledge on knowledge sharing is very unfavorable.(4) Should develop and increase knowledge sources to improve the structure of organizational knowledge sharing.(5) There is always the isolated nodes, and some isolated nodes too little contact with other nodes in organizations, while some of them may be a potential source of knowledge, have some unique knowledge, knowledge of the organization may alsovery novel and innovative. Organizations should take specific measures, these nodes become more involved in the exchange and sharing of organizational knowledge.
