Design and Establishment for DFX Designscheme Evaluation Software Based on WEB

During the product development, ordinary companies will provide several design plans and choose the optimized one. Thus, many companies have realized that the designing defect existed in the prophase would lead to a lot of trouble in manufacturing and using later. We need do some designing evaluations for some aspects of products at the designing phases in order to avoid those problems. However, we should spend so much time in calculating some performance indexes and appraising process in the product design. At the same time, we know that some performance indexes cannot be counted precisely before the final design and sometimes we do not need to know their accurate value. In the model of qualitative mathematics appraising, we usually utilize fuzzy evaluation as the guideline to analyse some characteristics and integrate expert knowledge in Engineering to create the product model of appraising. The signification is as follows: we can consider many factors’ effect in a fuzzy environment and appraise the product performance synthetically according to the effect extent of all factors. It will help the corporation satisfy the customer’s needs in the development of new product more conveniently and economically.DFX is one of the key technologies in advanced manufacturing field, and be an important technology during the implement of concurrent design. DFX concludes DEA-Design For Assembly, DFM-Design For Manufacturing, DFC- Design For Cost, DFS-Design For Service, DFQ-Design For Quality and so on. At the product design stage, we can use DFX tools to make the product with better manufacturability, assembility, maintenance and regeneration. It will largely avoid repeating the design and minimum the designing time and manufacturing time.This thesis discussed the selection of appraising index about DEA, DFM, DFS, and DFC in DFX.. Then we created the evaluating knowledge base and empoldered the software about DFX using fuzzy evaluation arithmetic, SQL Sever 2000 database, ASP.NET development tool. It can help designers using IE browser to evaluate the product design plan.The whole system accomplishes the synthetical evaluation of DFX for Mechanical designing plan and it was proved correct from experiment validation. It provides a new way to evaluate a Mechanical design plan.

Research on Development of Multi-platform Straight Gear and Angle Gear CAD System Based on VB.net

The development of manufacturing information impels many corporations establishing corresponding Computer Aided Design & Computer Aided Manufacture software condition, and evident effect is achieved by applying the CAD & CAM software to design, analyze, process, simulate and manufacture the product. Because the developing platforms are more and more, the problems of resource sharing between different platforms and of system integration become more and more prominent. So, it is very important to fast develop applied CAD systems with making use of both the utility system formerly developed and the platforms familiar to developers.According to analysis datum of modern CAD and applying developing technology of . NET platform, database technology and FEA technology, the developing process, implementing methods and key technology of multi-platform CAD technology in which VB. NET is the main tools are introduced in detail by taking example for the Straight Gear and Angle Gear CAD System. Gear blank design, intensity check, tolerance inquiry, design reports edit and print and automatic drafting can be realized in this system. And the system can be easy to expand. The primary achievement and feature of this paper in theory and practice is as follows:(1) For the current CAD technology and the development tools, the possibility of developing CAD systems based on . NET platform has been put forward and the Basic function drawing modules are developed by VB.NET language in AutoCAD.(2) Aiming at the feature of the current software development technology, the application of the object-oriented technology, COM and database technology to CAD development has been discussed. Besides, the development and application of DAO, ADO, ADO.NET and data binding have been thoroughly researched in this paper.(3) The principle of finite element analysis and the methods of finite element mesh dividing have been introduced. Making use of finite element analysis and APDLlanguage, parameterized design meshing system of involute gear has been designed. In addition, the method for calculation of teeth profile of involute curve gear has been discussed.(4) According to theoretical analysis of the Straight Gear and Angle Gear, the total design project and the Basic structures of CAD system have been put forward. During the process of program design, the whole program structure is clear and is easy to enrich for the Object-Oriented programming ideas, the modulari -zation and parameterized design technology.(5) In order to strengthen the function of the CAD system, the advanced development technology of finite element meshing in Ansys and of three-dimensional modeling in AutoCAD with VB. NET have been researched. Making use of modularization technology, the finite element meshing module and the simulation of gear machining module have been integrated in the CAD system.The developing technology of CAD is deeply researched and a few of reasonable methods are brought forward in this paper which are very useful in development of CAD software. The software is used time and again by different parameters, under the above foundation, the system has a friendly interface, simply operation way, powerful function and runs safely, realizes parametric design and parametric drawing form primal data to draw. So it has the practical value in the production.

Spectrum variation means that the same object has two more spectrum composition, changing Remote Sensing to distill landmark’s shape accordingly; mixed pixel means that inerratic Remote Sensing sampling grid has difference with landmark’s shape, it causes has one more spectrum composition in one pixel changing Remote Sensing to distill landmark’s shape accordingly.The Simulation System for Extracting Effect of Spatial Scale on the Intrinsic Uncertainty in Crop Area from Remote Sensing Classification is a National Natural Science Foundation project, the project is from Changchun geography Research Institute, its purpose is empoldering a system by oneself to research on the spectrum variation and mixed pixel, exploring the uncertainty of Remote Sensing data and the problem of spatial scale accordingly. The research use agriculture soil as Remote Sensing data information. About space distributing of crop,(Farmland Sight), it has two advantage, one is that its space structure is inerratic, the other is that spectrum is regular, so it is advantageous to research uncertainty and space scale of simple object type according to using farmland crop to research the problem of uncertainty and space scale. This thesis aim at according to the research contents and research project of item, develop a set of software, use the software to carry on imitating a research to the above-mentioned problem. The main work of that system has two contentses:1. The System Design of The Simulation System for Extracting Effect of Spatial Scale on the Intrinsic Uncertainty in Crop Area from Remote Sensing Classification;2. The System Realization of The Simulation System for Extracting Effect of Spatial Scale on the Intrinsic Uncertainty in Crop Area from Remote Sensing Classification.The end target of system establishment is to provide a set of integrated research method for Remote Sensing area Classification for simple crop to extract natural uncertainty. According to the research project of item, the system draws up to solve key problems hereinafter:1. Control spatial pattern and texture to create Spatial Distribution simulation data of crop;2. Operation efficiency for calculating system;3. The system’s visualization.The system adopts ESRI Company’s ArcEngine control combining C# language to develop firstly. ArcEngine control is a piece of core in the module cross-platform of ArcObjects control, it provides various interface and tool, it is convenient to realize the system and solve the key problem by using ArcEngine to develop The Spatial Scale Influence Mechanism Simulation System about Remote Sensing Area Classification for Crop to Extract Natural Uncertainty.The Simulation System for Extracting Effect of Spatial Scale on the Intrinsic Uncertainty in Crop Area from Remote Sensing Classification realize many functions according to the project’s research program, it forms a whole system frame. With the system’s key problem, the system adopts ArcEngine control’s edit function realizing to Control spatial pattern and texture to create Spatial Distribution simulation data of crop firstly; for the operation efficiency, the system adopts different calculating methods for the different data, using some method to renew data, this can advance the operation efficiency; finally the system use multi-document interface to solve the system’s visualization.By using The Simulation System for Extracting Effect of Spatial Scale on the Intrinsic Uncertainty in Crop Area from Remote Sensing Classification, it is convenient for the project’s research and affords a set of research methods, the project got headway prodigiously.
