Since the United States implement the Earth resources satellite plan in 1972 and shooting the first land satellite at the same year, the age of Remote Sensing has come. From then on, the technique of Remote Sensing got a quick development, it applied to a lot of profession realms, such as resources environment, hydrology and weather, geology geography and so on, and it has become an applied and advanced space exploration technique. People acquired much space geography information of aiming at each profession by Remote Sensing satellite.Since the technique of Remote Sensing has been applied widely, the uncertainty spatial scale’s problem of Remote Sensing data’s area information that was got by Remote Sensing was an important problem in the theoretics of Remote Sensing that use application research. The Remote Sensing data’s uncertainty, which principium has two factors, one is”the same object different spectrum”or”the different object same spectrum”(that intitule spectrum variation) in the Remote Sensing Image Data, the other is mixed pixel. Spectrum variation means that the same object has two more spectrum composition, changing Remote Sensing to distill landmark’s shape accordingly; mixed pixel means that inerratic Remote Sensing sampling grid has difference with landmark’s shape, it causes has one more spectrum composition in one pixel changing Remote Sensing to distill landmark’s shape accordingly.The Simulation System for Extracting Effect of Spatial Scale on the Intrinsic Uncertainty in Crop Area from Remote Sensing Classification is a National Natural Science Foundation project, the project is from Changchun geography Research Institute, its purpose is empoldering a system by oneself to research on the spectrum variation and mixed pixel, exploring the uncertainty of Remote Sensing data and the problem of spatial scale accordingly. The research use agriculture soil as Remote Sensing data information. About space distributing of crop,(Farmland Sight), it has two advantage, one is that its space structure is inerratic, the other is that spectrum is regular, so it is advantageous to research uncertainty and space scale of simple object type according to using farmland crop to research the problem of uncertainty and space scale. This thesis aim at according to the research contents and research project of item, develop a set of software, use the software to carry on imitating a research to the above-mentioned problem. The main work of that system has two contentses:1. The System Design of The Simulation System for Extracting Effect of Spatial Scale on the Intrinsic Uncertainty in Crop Area from Remote Sensing Classification;2. The System Realization of The Simulation System for Extracting Effect of Spatial Scale on the Intrinsic Uncertainty in Crop Area from Remote Sensing Classification.The end target of system establishment is to provide a set of integrated research method for Remote Sensing area Classification for simple crop to extract natural uncertainty. According to the research project of item, the system draws up to solve key problems hereinafter:1. Control spatial pattern and texture to create Spatial Distribution simulation data of crop;2. Operation efficiency for calculating system;3. The system’s visualization.The system adopts ESRI Company’s ArcEngine control combining C# language to develop firstly. ArcEngine control is a piece of core in the module cross-platform of ArcObjects control, it provides various interface and tool, it is convenient to realize the system and solve the key problem by using ArcEngine to develop The Spatial Scale Influence Mechanism Simulation System about Remote Sensing Area Classification for Crop to Extract Natural Uncertainty.The Simulation System for Extracting Effect of Spatial Scale on the Intrinsic Uncertainty in Crop Area from Remote Sensing Classification realize many functions according to the project’s research program, it forms a whole system frame. With the system’s key problem, the system adopts ArcEngine control’s edit function realizing to Control spatial pattern and texture to create Spatial Distribution simulation data of crop firstly; for the operation efficiency, the system adopts different calculating methods for the different data, using some method to renew data, this can advance the operation efficiency; finally the system use multi-document interface to solve the system’s visualization.By using The Simulation System for Extracting Effect of Spatial Scale on the Intrinsic Uncertainty in Crop Area from Remote Sensing Classification, it is convenient for the project’s research and affords a set of research methods, the project got headway prodigiously.
