Research of Post-project Impact Evaluation of Leiyang Power Plant

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the development of both here and abroad post-project evaluation.And the meaning of the post-project impact evaluation to power plant project managementwas discussed. The Basic content and method of thermal power plant post-project impactevaluation was introduced. And then it was analyzed that the impact of the second termproject of Leiyang power plant to society economy and environment with qualitative orquantitative methods. The fore-and-after antitheses was used mainly. Moreover listing methodwas used to analyze Environmental impact, and the with-and-without antitheses was used toanalyze Social impact, etc. and some aspects of the impact were analyzed quantificationally ina creative way.
